Being a leader requires growth and with most growth, we need to get past the frustrations of personalities and workload. That’s where I come in! With an introductory call and six one-on-one sessions, our program offers the opportunity to work with a mentor and make significant strides towards growth and success, either in-person or virtually.

VIP Coaching

Personalized mentoring and leadership to shine as a authentic leader. Our one-on-one coaching can help you identify triggers, heal, and connect more compassionately with your staff. With a mentor and accountability partner, growth becomes manageable.

  • 1 Introductory/Chemistry call
  • Six one-on-one individual sessions in-person or virtual (in-person for DFW area only)
  • 1-2 weeks between sessions
  • Session duration: 45 minutes

Leadership Coaching 

Leaders juggle many responsibilities. Most leaders are the “man-in-the-middle” They must compassionately manage a plethora of personalities within the guidelines of company culture, make sure projects move forward and answer to the leaders above them. All of this done while being authentic and not showing overwhelm.

  • 360-degree leadership assessment using Leadership Circle Profile
  • Eight one-on-one individual sessions in-person or virtual
    (in-person for DFW area only)
  • 0 to 1.5 hour Leadership Circle Profile debrief
  • Seven one-hour sessions, with 2-3 weeks between sessions

VIP Coaching

Mentoring and leadership is a personalized game. Many times, projects bring stress and overwhelm. One-on-one coaching can uncover what is triggering you as a leader and healing aspects of yourself that will bring more compassion and connection with your staff. Growth is hard and having a mentor and accountability partner can get you through tough times.

  • Ten one-on-one individual sessions in-person or virtual (in-person for DFW area only)
  • 0 to 1.5 hour Leadership Circle Profile debrief
  • Nine 1.0 hour sessions, with 2-3 weeks between sessions
  • Up to three 30-minute spot-coaching sessions for one-off topics
  • Content that reinforces coaching discussion, provided via email between sessions
